This is for Jen! We had "game night" at our house a few weeks ago and thus was dinner, because I needed something easy! There are lots of recipes online for this, but is so simple!
Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
Ingredients:
4-6 pieces of chicken
Box of stuffing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of anything soup
Directions:
1. Mix the sour cream and soup
2. Put defrosted chicken on bottom.
3. Pour stuffing on top. (Leave dry)
4. Top with soup mixture.
5. Cook for four hours on low.
6. Fluff and serve!
